How to Use Zōk
Method 1:

• Deflate Zōk by squeezing the rubber bulb with two fingers
• Gentley
  insert into the outer ear to create an air-tight seal with the earbud
  (inflated bulb should remain in the same shape and form as in step 1
  with the air-tight seal)
• Allow Zōk to remain inflated in the ear for 20-30 seconds
• Gently
  remove Zōk from the ear, Repeat 3-5 times in each ear, or on the side
  where the tension and pressure is strongest. Use as frequently as needed

Method 2:

• Without squeezing the rubber bulb,insert Zōk into the outer ear and create an air-tight seal with the earbud
• Start repeatedly pumping Zōk by gently squeezing the rubber bulb. Pump Zōk 5-10 time in each ear
• Gently
  remove Zōk from the ear. Repeat 3-5 times in each ear, or on the side
